It is interesting to note how many people portray a view of self entitlement and expect results from nothing by the way they communicate - most of the time without even realising they are doing it. One thing I feel everyone can benefit from is realising and understanding the power of effective communication.

Now, effective communication does not have to mean 'difficult', 'complex' or even time consuming. Sometimes, the most important channel for successful communication is to pay attention to your tone, attitude and the way you phrase your words.
