Getting to know you

Having just arrived from England every day is a school day at the moment as I learn to embrace the culture, love the people and get to know a whole range of clients in my new role as Account Manager here at Feedia.

With 15 years experience both client and agency-side in the UK, client relationship management is certainly not an alien concept and I am looking forward to meeting our current clients and winning new clients for Feedia.

For me, good client management is all about understanding and getting under the skin of the business you are working with, exploring past successes, the current position and future ambitions. No two clients are the same and so every one needs to be treated as an individual and that should always be reflected in the services we, as providers, design and deliver to our clients.

Communication is also key to any good client relationship so I will always work hard to make sure my understanding of a client’s brief is accurate so I can ensure the team at Feedia can deliver clever projects that hit all the right buttons, keep the client informed every step of the way and stick to agreed deadlines.

Over the next few weeks and months I look forward to meeting all of you and hopefully working with you to help your business continue to succeed and grow.
